Downloads & order help
A little useful information before you order — and a helping hand when you need one.
Your digital designs
Printable designs are digital files, not physical prints. No paper print is shipped. Check the product description for the files included and your order confirmation for delivery instructions. Personalization details accompany your order, but entering them does not mean a finished personalized file is generated immediately.
If you can’t find your download, check your email’s spam folder, then contact us with your order number and checkout email. Gift cards are not printable artwork; follow the instructions provided with the gift card.
At checkout
Your cart continues to Shopify checkout. Review your items, personalization, email address and final total before paying. Delivery details come from the product listing and order confirmation; please ask us before purchasing if anything is unclear.
Refunds, returns & changes
For a problem with a purchase, a change request or a refund question, contact us with the order number and details. Digital files do not have a physical return shipment. We haven’t linked a separate refund or terms policy here because one hasn’t been confirmed; this guidance does not promise a refund or replace your statutory rights.
